Panto Time!!!

Just got home from the annual panto at the Carnegie Theatre :) It was fantastic. Before that Charlotte and me did a little bit of shopping. Yay for post Christmas sales!!!

So Charlotte got the Indiana Jones DVD box set (something she has always wanted for some reason), and I actually splurged out on a bottle of expensive perfume. I use the term expensive rather loosely; it was £16, although that was half price - `Lovely` (which is what I am - obviously ha) by Sarah Jessica Parker. It is actually a lovely scent too !!!

And now I am going to order a take away, relax and watch some TV. Tomorrow will be spent working on some fang-tastic new spooky designs. Yay!!!

Back to Normal (well as normal as can be)

Highlight of the day today - sleeping in until 1pm. It was wonderful.
However the thought of getting up at 7am is not so wonderful. Yes, I have work in the morning. Regular work away from the Crypt. My alter-ego works in a beautiful old haunted theatre.
Maybe not so normal after all.......

But before then, I shall be spending some quality time in the Crypt, with my beloved cat and bat, working on some new pieces....

Yay for Christmas.....

Had an amazingly lovely day with the family. And finally got my hands on my new Nexus 7 tablet - which I love!!! Need to buy a case. And such before I can actually take it outside the Crypt of course, as I will obviously break it if I don't. Clumsy me!
My mother also loved her stuff; all of it related to the new object of her desire, Mr. van Persie.

The deliberation to email someone I lost from my life almost two years ago is very much on my mind; although I VERY much want this person in my life, I do not want to drag up old bad feelings as I am very much a different person now! Thankfully!!
And if it wasn't for him I wouldn't have taken the path to changing and letting go of the things holding me back. Ohhhh dilemma!!!

However back to life in the Crypt; let's look forward to lots of new designs and opportunities in 2013.........

Welcome back, you beautiful DeadGirl....

It's around 10 years since I designed the wonderful DeadGirl Coat. And here is a sneaky spo0ky peek at the newly revamped version!
How delicate and deadly she is; pure and innocent white fur with a sinful body of deathly black!
And what's the best way to finish her off????
Yes, a few smiling skull buttons.
Deadly Devine!

Will be added to the website, complete with sinister story soon.......

Oh how I love Evil Alice.....

I'm really getting to grips with this photoshop game! I've even made a banner.
My VERY first attempt, with just a teeny bit of help from Ryan....

Alice and The Bunny from Hell

Dear Alice was an innocent girl
Or so the neighbours thought.
She really was an evil bitch
Her soul; The Devil sought!

He took her down to Hell one day
He looked just like a Bunny
And everything was upside-down;
It all seemed rather funny!

And when Alice returned home that day
She brought with her a  rabbit.
She never was the same again
Evilness became her habit!

As Busy as a Spider Spinning her Web......

The Crypt is a hive of  creatively undead activity......

I have been working my delicate fingers to the bone, getting more and more designs up on the web for the pleasure of my deadly clients; taking the photographs myself using my old and trusted mannequin...

Quite possibly my most favourite deadly design of all eternity is now available:

The Funeral Gown

I created this haunting gown around 13 years ago completely by freakish accident!
I had discovered a couple of pieces of fabric (velvet & chiffon) in a quaint little charity shop and
I wanted to make myself a new gown for the weekend Vamp Outing, and I thought these pieces were deadly perfection!!
The bustle back was a total mistake; I didn't like how the gown resembled something "ballet inspired"  - and it was just too plain for spooky ol' me ;)
So I pulled the sides towards the back and secured it with an elastic band.
Hey Presto!
It looked fangtastic
It went on to become one of my most popular Vampire designs.
Beautiful Vamps from all over the world have drank the blood of many a poor innocent soul in this
Deadly Design from The Crypt......

Lazing on a Sunny, but Spooky, Afternoon........

What a hectic and tiring few days i've had; not that i'm complaining!

Very happy to have been able to use a vacant shop window in town to display some of my "red" designs to celebrate Paint the Town Red which was happening on Saturday. Many thanks got to Mr. Shamin who owns the property, and who kindly allowed me the use of it.
I've had a lot of really good feedback on the designs I chose for the display! Plus the traffic on the site was increased by almost 300% compared to all other Saturdays. Therefore this little piece of advertising WORKS!
I fully intend to do this type of thing on a regular basis; next window project may well be a Burlesque or Fetish style one.........

For some reason the images I took of the display keep uploading sideways on............
